With all that is going on in cities bludgeoned by Katrina's wrath, I have felt immense and overwhelming sadness, almost feeling each mothers agony, each father's helplessness, each childs confusing fear. So many families quite literally blown apart. Homes destroyed. Lives shattered. The american goverment asking for aid?!?!? Have they recently checked how much money they have spent and budgeted for their armed forces?!?! Does anybody else see the madness of this situation? Its like a mother spending money on desiger labels whilst her children beg barefoot for shoes. Its like a father buying cuban cigars whilst his son lies bleeding on a sidewalk.
For goodness sakes take care of your own before spending billions destroying other countries!!
