Ok, Im sure you are all completely "buying a house features" fed up... and I promise that as soon as our offer to purchase this house.....has been accepted, that I will cease and desist on bombarding you with the too'ing and fro'ing of that which is... my every waking moments thought at present, and will return to the normal programming for this channel....beeeeeeeeeep
The bad news is that if the offer doesnt get accepted, you guys are in for a bad time here on Freddie's blog...*insert evil laugh here*
So...may I suggest you thank God that the owners have accepted our offer to buy their house so we can ALL move on with our lives!
